Just like Global Warming, the media thinks it's settled, McCain supporters shouldn't even bother to vote since everyone is swinging for Obama right? Wrong.
Back then all the pundits said that Kerry would definitely win, it was all but settled. He would win by a landslide, then what happened? The vast majority went for Bush, because America, like it or not, is a predominately conservative nation.
Exit polling coming out of Florida is showing McCain ahead 49-45 over Obama and of the 1.2 Million Absentee Ballots, Republicans are ahead by 20% points! Obviously Florida will stay solidly as a Red State. According to Electoral-Vote.com, North Carolina is leaning toward Obama, but none of the Polls have ever shown his support surpass the 50% mark, which leads us to
undecided's.

It is my firm belief that the reason there are so many
undecided's in this race is not because people can't decide, but because they don't want to be called a "Racist" for voting against Obama.

These people are not Racists, they are simply people who don't believe in the "Big Government"
Ideology of the left. To say that however, has become 'Politically Incorrect'. Polling among
independents
and undecided voters clearly show McCain way ahead.

Another sign of things to come was the exit polling done in Nevada. Supposedly, on the first day of
early voting, 62% were Democrats and only 29% Republican, but even with these massive double digit margins in the Democrats favor, exit polling only showed 50% Proudly stating they had voted for Obama, 48% said they voted for McCain and 2% wouldn't say (Hmm.. I wonder who those racists voted for?). Nevada, I believe will stay solidly red today.

Let's move on to Ohio, a state that accounts for 20 Electoral Votes. We've previously reported on how Obama says he'll bankrupt the Coal industry, even though half of all our electricity right now comes from Coal, and there are literally hundreds of thousands of people employed by the coal industry. A huge chunk of those people live in Ohio, a state that's already been hit by economic hard times. The latest
Rasmussen Polls from 11/2/08
show McCain and Obama Neck and Neck, but keep in mind that these polls are generally 3 to 5 days in the making and most people still had not heard the news about Obama wanting to bankrupt an industry that they absolutely rely upon. Ohio will stay solidly as a Red State.

Virginians I believe will also be very afraid of what an Obama presidency will do to their Coal Industry. Let's face it, Virginia was supposed to swing for Kerry in 2004, instead Bush won by almost 10 points! Virginia will definitely stay solidly red.
So where does this leave us? I believe that there's a decent possibility that Iowa just might defect to the Blue side, and the same just might be true for Colorado, though even there, I'm not sure considering how important the Coal industry is in Colorado as well. Where Miners earn a respectable income that's way above average. But even if Obama and friends can pull that off that still leaves McCain winning with 2 points to spare.

McCain 270
Obama 268

And if he can pull out Colorado as well, the numbers are:

McCain 279
Obama 259

So, if you haven't voted yet, get out there and vote RIGHT NOW! Keep in mind that Republicans can vote today and Democrats can vote on Thursday;).

McCain will once again be known as the "Comeback Kid"!

Oh well, we'll know by tomorrow won't we? Or will we? Hmmm.

EDIT:
OK, so I was wrong, just like Bill Clinton, Obama got elected by SOUNDING like a Republican. Talked about cutting taxes (at least for most of us) and making Government more efficient. Unfortunately for McCain, he didn't stay on point and was all over the place. People didn't understand his policies and felt he was out of touch. Most of all though, people thought he would be more of the same when it came to Bush's policies, and THAT was probably his biggest undoing.
